About the Job

We are seeking to appoint an efficient, reliable and self-motivated Administration/Receptionist to work in a small office environment in the northern suburbs, construction industry experience advantageous, working a minimum of 28 hours a week over 4 days on a casual basis.  The position will commence immediately

Responsibilities will include:

  • General office, reception and administration duties
  • Maintaining & updating OHS procedures as per legislation
  • Maintaining JSA, SWMS, log books and various registers
  • Typing quotations and following up with clients
  • Maintaining job costings

The successful candidate will have:

  • MYOB experience essential, XERO experience an advantage
  • Have the ability to use own initiative, prioritise work and multi task
  • Experience in Microsoft essential
  • Medium computer skills
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • A positive attitude and pro-active approach
