About the Job
Well known modern Italian/Australian restaurant is seeking a full-time restaurant manager.
The role will assist in the development and manage all activities in the restaurant and customer services within the management scope.
The daily duties included but not limited to:
Develop a repeat client base with guests.
Make and manage staff rosters.
Maintain food and beverage stock level and make orders.
Be responsible for opening and closing food and beverage outlets.
Create and maintain a high standard of efficiency in service and performance of the waiting team.
Liaising with customers for identifying guests' needs and expectations.
Plan, recommend and implement seaonal promotional activities.
The successful candidate is required to have:
The experience of standards of performance for beverage and wine service.
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure especially during a high volume period.
Extensive experience in managing Cafe'/Restaurant floor.
Ability to work split shifts including morning, evening and weekend shifts.
We are offering a competitive salary package $54,000 plus super, friendly work team and staff parking.
