Telesales Executive

About the employer
Our client is a small, family run professional service orientated business, located in Midvale. They are committed to providing excellent service to their clients and are now looking for a results focused individual to join their team.

About the role

This role will see you developing strong relationships with clients with the aim of either making a sale or alternatively setting an appointment for the Sales Director to meet with them.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Making outbound calls to new and existing clients
  • Generating interest and leads; setting appointments
  • Producing sales quotations and sales orders
  • General administration duties and data entry

To be successful for this role you must have the following:

  • Prior experience working in a sales role, with a passion for delivering results
  • Good communication skills with a positive attitude and the ability to develop relationships
  • Professional presentation with a friendly telephone manner
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience using Netsuite highly regarded, but not essential
