As Technical Specialist, you will proactively maintain customer networks and supporting infrastructure to ensure great customer outcomes. A key part of your role will involve assisting WAN/LAN deployment teams to deploy new and expanded customer infrastructure and accept into service.
You will be technologically savvy, with a detailed level knowledge and troubleshooting ability of TCP/IP, routing (BGP, IGPs and MPLS ) and link layer protocols. Your proven experience in this area will ensure you can provide complex technical service and support of Cisco/Juniper routers and Switches.
Relevant tertiary degree or equivalent industry experience is required, as is any relevant Industry Certifications such as CCNA or Juniper. Knowledge and experience in the configuration and management of F5 will be an advantage.
It is a requirement that you have a valid Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance, and also candidates will have a willingness to work on a 24/7 shift roster.
