An exciting job has arisen for a Technical Sales Executive to take charge and lead the Business-to-Business Sales across a national basis. My client is a leading NSW organisation and a highly established engineering specialist. They are looking to appoint a Technical Sales Executive to lead and develop successful new business across Newcastle and the Central Coast.


Your new role
This senior position will involve becoming the face of the company. You will be accountable for strategic and tactical sales and direction. You will be expected to retain and develop strong and successful business relationships and provide exceptional service from start-to-finish. Your role will primarily focused on developing new Key Accounts across a national basis. You will have the opportunity to be entirely unrestrained and performance will solely be defined by new business development.


Your core responsibilities, will include:



  • Developing new and managing pre-existing business across the Central Coast and Newcastle/Hunter regions.

  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with customer within your designated territory.

  • Drive brand awareness and revenue growth in line with company objectives.




What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have 3-5years+ Sales Representative/Business Development experience and you will have strong technical background. Those coming from a trade background of fitting and turning/mechanical engineering background will be preferred. Cultural fit is a huge requirement for this company and to be considered for the role you will demonstrate:
