Service Assurance Operations
Service Assurance Operations' Mission is to be the 24x7 centre for Incident Management of networks, platforms, applications and products managed by Telstra. We aim to deliver the world's leading incident communications and incident management business.
About the role:
Your role as a Technical Expert will be to provide technical service, solutions and support to the networks, infrastructure, products and services supplied and operated by Telstra.
This role will also include a focus on Complex Fault Investigation, Project participation and operational improvement. Additionally, this role will undertake day to day operational tasks, network audits, network activity reviews and proactive maintenance tasks. This role will ensure the required service levels and reliability are maintained, coupled with assisting with the delivery of projects and solutions into the environment
Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:
*Please note: Due to the nature of the work applicants MUST hold a Negative Vetting (NV1) security clearance. This role in Canberra.
