Team Manager - Acquisitions
National role to train up acquisition consultants as per the modules outlined by the business.
Your new company
This business has gone through extraordinary growth in the last few years since its inception. This property company have built business on sourcing sites in suburban/regional areas that can be purchased and placed in to an acquisition fund. Typically the business operate on delivering 2/3 lot luxury townhouse projects and they have a separate construction arm that deliver their own residential product.
Your new role
The business currently has 60 consultants across Australia sourcing potential development sites for the group. Your role will be to manage and train the acquisition consultants in the various different fields applicable to the role; Due diligence/planning, negotiation with vendor, civil works/town planning, sales process. You will also be responsible for reviewing sites that have been put forward by consultants to asses their suitability for the business. This is a national position with the foundations already laid out for international growth.
What you'll need to succeed
Your background could be in planning, your background could be in acquisitions. You must be a good people person and confident in business interaction. The role will involve training the consultants at least once a fortnight in head office.
