Student Services Coordinator
We are seeking to appoint a highly-motivated, flexible and multi-skilled individual to join the Student Services team within the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Wollongong. The Student Services Centre coordinates student administration and coursework operations, providing outstanding customer service and support to the students and academic staff of the Faculty. This position reports to the Faculty`s Teaching and learning Manager. The Student Services Coordinator will be responsible for oversight and delivery of high quality customer services as well as internal processes including timetabling, direct admission and committee support. The Coordinator plays a major role in organising and supporting student life cycle events including Early Admission, preference conversion activities and enrolment. Applicants need to have strong leadership skills, experience in applying and communicating policy, and be comfortable selecting and interpreting data to make informed business decisions.
