The Company

The Andersen Partnership are an international executive search and recruitment

The Role

We are looking for 3 Consultants with a good background in recruitment or sales to join our high performing Melbourne office. The ideal candidate will have had exposure to recruiting in one of the following areas Accounting, Finance, Insurance, Wealth Management, Construction or Engineering sectors. Established within the Melbourne market and continuously growing, The Andersen Partnership works with many ASX Listed businesses and some of the most regarded practices in Victoria.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for;

  • Managing and liaising your own client portfolio
  • Maintaining warm client relationships
  • Executive level headhunting
  • Sourcing talent
  • Business development
  • Ownership of your own professional development

About you

  • Works well with Senior level and 'C suite' candidates
  • Minimum 6 months experience in Executive Search or Recruitment
  • Enjoys a challenge of managing an established client portfolio
  • Has a competitive edge
  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Personable, vivacious & energetic
