As the SOUS CHEF of the Steakhouse Restaurant in this world renown wilderness homestead you will be investing your skills in a diverse role servicing an 80 seater restaurant serving daily breakfast, lunch and dinner along with a BBQ on Saturday evenings.
As the Sous Chef you be assisting the new Head Chef to help lead, develop and motivate the team of 8-10 chefs, stewards and kitchen hands
