This opportunity will see you joining a expanding team within a large successful Victorian organisation for a 4 month contract. This opportunity is located in the heart Melbourne’s CBD.

Your new role
You will have excellent experience as a Solution Architect but also have come from a Development background as you will be working off set requirements that will need to be taken through to delivery phase.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered you will have the following expertise:

Key Accountabilities
Lead development of technical specifications for an electronic document lodgement service, including document lodgement, sharing, and administrative management of the system.
Investigate and document the business use process, and needs of various forms used by staff, public and other stakeholders groups, with a view to digitalising those of key priority and high value.
Analyse and document circuit list notification process. Recommend process improvements (within the scope of the working business space) and develop technical specifications for possible digitalised solutions.

Other accountabilities
Ability to effectively engage stakeholders to facilitate business, functional, non-functional and technical requirements, and agree on their priority with responsible stakeholders.
Excellent oral and written communications skills, helping facilitate workshops in engaging key stakeholders to source, validate data and findings, confirming business logic and assumptions in order to draw conclusions
Able to plan their own workload to deliver in required timeframes
Effectivly communicate of findings and make recommendations to project managers or business leaders.
Other duties as required.

Technical Skills
Experience in developing process maps and other process documentation in accordance with international or industry standards
Experience is creating, editing and managing technical documentation
Strong stakeholder management, communication and business acumen skills
Ability to develop strong, trusted relationships with colleagues and clients
A client/customer centric approach
