A large and successful construction business who pride themselves on delivering only the best quality products and services are looking for a Service Co-ordinator to become an integral part of their service delivery team.
Your new role
As Service Co-ordinator you will have the sole responsibility of answering service calls, prioritising requests and processing these through their CRM system. You will also be required to then co-ordinate the Service Technicians, assign them jobs and monitor their locations.
What you'll need to succeed
A key part in this process is ensuring that the customer is kept informed and updated at all times, so in order to succeed in this position you must be an excellent communicator who has the ability to build relationships and diffuse difficult situations. Previous experience within a customer service role is essential and individuals who have worked in a co-ordination role in Construction Industry in the past will be at an advantage. You must have intermediate skills on Microsoft Word and Excel.
