A family owned Electrical company in a massive growth phase has a Service Coordinator job available now.

Your new role
As the service coordinator you will be responsible for taking in maintenance requests, managing and scheduling the contractors and technicians for their jobs weekly and assigning work orders to technicians. This involves organising preventative maintenance for jobs that have been requested from clients and customers, liaising with building contractors and electricians to organise scheduled maintenance, taking in calls for reactive requests, raising job orders, invoicing, data entry, and ensuring preventative and reactive maintenance requests have been rectified in appropriate time frames. You will provide exceptional customer service over the phone and through email and be the point of contact between clients, the business and our contractors.

Work hours may vary from 7am - 6pm on a rotating basis and are flexible for the right person.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need demonstrated experience in a similar position in an electrical company where you have been responsible for the end to end management of scheduling maintenance & installation requests. You will have meticulous organisation skills, the ability to prioritise competing work demands and be able to remain calm under pressure. You will be process driven and have excellent customer service and computer skills and be flexible in your work hours.
