Senior Credit Officer

A temporary to permanent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Credit Officer to join a well known organisation in a newly created role.

Client Details

Our client is within the Transport & Aviation industry, boasting an impressive history of over 50 years within the Australian market, servicing over 200 offices internationally. This is a newly created role based in South-Western Sydney head office. Their Credit function was previously based in Melbourne, but has now transitioned into their South-Western Sydney Office.


Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include;

  • Full function Credit
  • Banking and allocation of payments
  • Responsibility for Direct debit and Auto Credit Card payment facilities
  • Review disputes/collection delays with credit manager and sales reps
  • Liaison with sales and customer service department for accounts/orders on hold


The candidate our client is looking for is someone proactive, and looking for a challenge. This will be a role in which the candidate is able to create their own role within a standalone environment. There is an excellent culture with supportive management. Prior experience with SAP is mandatory, being familiar with VOF2 and VOF3 functions would be beneficial.
