A little bit about the ROLE

Reporting to our General Manager, Business Partnering this role will see you act as a strategic partner to our Executive and Leadership teams, playing an integral role in ensuring business objectives are achieved and creating a great employee experience – it doesn’t get much better than that.

Working collaboratively across the People Experience team (PX), you will broker effective solutions into the business and deliver a seamless, consistent, value-adding people experience. You will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of BU people plans, acting as a conduit between the broader PX team and the business, ensuring that the PX work effort is aligned to business priorities. You will also lead the implementation of core cyclical PX processes, play a key role in representing the business for enterprise wide PX programs,  and and facilitate and enable the optimisation of business unit operating models end-to-end through to smooth workforce transition.

A passionate senior Human Resources professional, you will have significant generalist experience partnering with Executives or Senior Leaders at a strategic and operational level. You will have the ability to facilitate the identification, development and alignment of enterprise leaders that can shift culture and drive business transformation and impact. An ability to work at pace and to adapt to changing needs is essential and working knowledge of Workplace and Industrial Relations legislation is desired. In terms of commercial acumen, you’re particularly cluey when it comes to understanding the link between people strategy and business strategy, using data and insights to make evidence based recommendations, preferably in dynamic and agile work environments.

Non-drama and low ego, you’re a true consultant, coach and facilitator.
