Job Description:

We currently have a leadership opportunity for an experienced Security Control Centre Supervisor to play an integral part in managing the day to day operations of a high profile Finance Client.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and performance of the site and will provide visible leadership, direction and issue resolution at the front line of service, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness are maintained at a consistent level.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver operations excellence with an emphasis on rostering skills to ensure the operations needs are met
  • Direct liaison with client representatives and its customers
  • Staff supervision and performance management
  • Front line response to operational issues
  • Investigation and outcome reporting into security incidents
  • Communication and implementation of processes and procedures to enhance client service delivery.
  • Promote security awareness, interacting with staff and key stake holders
  • Creating, managing and evaluating the effectiveness of Standard Operating Procedures
  • Provide 24/7 emergency response for all security, operations and facility related areas

Experience within a similar Supervisory role is a must. An emphasis will be on your commitment to excellence; we are looking for an innovative individual who can understand and appreciate the core values of our client who expects every experience with their customers' are of the highest standard at each interaction.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate and give working examples of:

  • Effective and influential communicator who has the confidence and ability to communicate at all levels, in both verbal and written forms
  • Manage the day-to-day running of a Security Call Centre Team
  • A team player who will ensure the security team operates cohesively
  • A high level of customer service experience, that will ensure an impeccable customer service experience for all
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain professional at times even under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • High degree of computer skills
  • Experience in rostering a team of up to 20 security and administrational personnel

It is mandatory that you hold a Current NSW Security Licence and have the availability to work Monday to Friday business hours with occasional after hours assistance, and coverage after hours, as per operational and client requirements.
