Sales/Service Coordinator

Based in the western suburbs, our client is a has a solid reputation in the fire safety industry. Specialising in high-hazard fire protection, an opportunity exists for an experienced Sales/Service Coordinator to join their nationwide organisation.

In this role you will report directly to the Branch manager and be responsible for generating sales to increase revenue and directing and coordinating service operations.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Supervise daily service operations
  • Program service calls
  • Program installations, including site access, suppliers & sub-contractors
  • Liaise with existing clients, maintaining client relations
  • Develop new clients
  • Carry out audits
  • Preparation of quotes
  • Achieve a monthly sales/service budget
  • Develop marketing plans and customer contact plans
  • Implement company policy & procedures
  • Supervise vehicle/warehouse stocktake
  • Provide support to the Branch Manager as required

Essential skills and attributes:

  • Engineering or (Min) Trade Qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • Fire Industry experience
  • Industry specific accreditation & licences
  • Driver's licence
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Power Point etc
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly developed analytical, problem solving and leadership skills
  • Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic
  • Positive ‘can do’ approach to work and those around you
