Working closely with the Group Account Director (GAD), the Account Director (AD) is highly involved in and responsible for managing the Agencys business for the Client on a day to day basis and is responsible for making sure the account is running smoothly. To do this the AD must thoroughly understand the Clients business and be an effective spokesperson for the brand.

The relationship with the client, the growth of their business, and the ability to achieve great work resides on a daily basis with the Account Director.

This role manages creative development from Client brief through to production. It should deliver motivating and insightful strategies that lead to powerful creative ideas which are professionally and efficiently implemented, through multi-channel touch points. The role involves building strong relationships, on all levels so as to maximise opportunities for the growth of our business and clients.

The AD is expected to effectively lead, inspire and direct the team to achieve the highest standards of service to the Client. This includes mentoring and coaching the Account Manager to ensure excellent administration of the account
-Tertiary qualification in advertising/marketing related discipline is an ideal but not essential.
-Minimum 5-years agency experience, with at least 3-years at Account Manager and most recently Senior Account Manager level.
-Knowledge and understanding of the strategy and creative process, and ideally experience in TV/Broadcast, Digital, Print, and CRM
