Licencing Internal Account Manager

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join the Sales department as Licencing Internal Account Manager.

In this Licencing Internal Account Manager position, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships by maintaining the highest standards of professionalism through effective communication, attention to detail, efficient time management and a commitment to understand customer business needs.

As Licencing Internal Account Manager, you will have accountability for supporting the outbound Licensing Business Development team by actioning new quote requests from internal and external customers, as well as managing and quoting renewals for clients.

In this Licencing Internal Account Manager position, you will be responsible for:

* Microsoft Software Asset Management Engagements (Baseline & Assessments)
* Tier 1 Software Vendor Asset Management Engagements
* Assisting in ongoing SAM managed services and complex quotes
* Ensure that appropriate pricing and terms are maintained for all accounts in line with Customer agreements
* Maintaining good business relationships with assigned customers

To be successful in this role, you will have:

* Excellent customer relationship building skills, with the confidence to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
* A strong problem solving skill set, with an emphasis on innovative and creative solutions
* Proven ability to negotiate and be a self-starter
* Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and pride yourself on attention to detail
* The desire to be part of a close knit team and be results orientated
* Excellent time management skills
