Sales Manager

This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leader increasing their presence in Australia, make an impact and play an integral role in the development of the company in the APAC region. Our client is a global software company experiencing high growth in Australia. They are focused on developing and providing innovative software solutions for the accounting and bookeeping space.

With a well established salesforce at the moment they're looking to build out a new team whom this role will be managing. Working in a high growth sales environment previously would be ideal however being able to manage the day to day responsibilities of a sales team is key.

As the team grows they will look to your guidance for new systems and structures in order to improve processes.

The Role:
  • Conduct weekly sales meetings, reviewing team performance and coaching opportunities.
  • Willingness to assist with the sales team when needed.
  • Managing, leading and developing a team of high performing account executives.
  • Providing leadership and support to drive sales and customer service strategies

The Candidate:
  • 3+ years’ experience managing an inside sales team preferred.
  • Experience in software solutions
  • Proven track record of leading a team to exceed targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Most importantly, the successful candidate will be self-motivated and have the ability to adapt and perform in a fast paced environment
  • Degree qualified
