$100-$140k Base + super + commissions
This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leader increasing their presence in Australia, make an impact and play an integral role in the development of the company in the APAC region. Our client is a global software company experiencing high growth in Australia. They are focused on developing and providing innovative software solutions for the accounting and bookeeping space.
With a well established salesforce at the moment they're looking to build out a new team whom this role will be managing. Working in a high growth sales environment previously would be ideal however being able to manage the day to day responsibilities of a sales team is key.
As the team grows they will look to your guidance for new systems and structures in order to improve processes.
Conduct weekly sales meetings, reviewing team performance and coaching opportunities.
Willingness to assist with the sales team when needed.
Managing, leading and developing a team of high performing account executives.
Providing leadership and support to drive sales and customer service strategies
3+ years’ experience managing an inside sales team preferred.
Experience in software solutions
Proven track record of leading a team to exceed targets
Strong communication and presentation skills
Most importantly, the successful candidate will be self-motivated and have the ability to adapt and perform in a fast paced environment
