Eastern suburbs distributor needing an immediate sales administrator to provide full time support

Your new role

You will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with current and prospective clients

  • Accurate data entry

  • CRM management

  • Collection and analysis of client documentation

  • Following up queries via email using Outlook

  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

Full time position 8am-4:30pm

What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Proven problem solving abilities

  • Previous experience using double screens

  • High level of typing speed +5500ksph

  • High level of attention to detail

  • Excellent time-management skills and the ability to prioritise and multi-task
