Immediate start for dynamic Sales Administrator in fast paced job based in Northern Beaches


Your new company
A leader in the FMCG space are currently looking for temporary support for the team to assist with new projects. They are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to support a busy, dynamic team.


Your new role
You will be responsible for:



  • Managing a large volume of work supporting a growing team of sales consultants using M/S Excel

  • Reporting from and updating CRM database

  • Managing customer relationships and dealing with enquiries over the telephone and via email

  • Updating orders and ensuring smooth running of key accounts

  • Ensuring all sales collateral is kept up to date and accurate




What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in the job you will need to demonstrate the following:



  • A high level of IT Literacy including M/S Office and in particular M/S Excel, a working knowledge of CRM systems such as SalesForce or Oracle

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and make decisions autonomously

  • Manage your workload and meet KPI's and deadlines

  • Have strong attention to detail and be pro active
