What’s on Offer?


As a Roster Coordinator you will be establishing yourself as an expert in your specialisation. The role will be from 1pm to 6pm Monday to Friday. Openings don't come up in the Derrimut team often, and as we're adding head count for 2017 due to growth, now is your opportunity!


Your daily duties will consist of:


• Data Entry


• Ensure inputs into FT360 and related systems are timely, accurate and in accordance with standard operating procedures


• Deliver operational excellence in recruitment processes by achieving roster deadlines


• Identify value added, improvements to work systems and processes


• Communicate with Recruitment Consultants to manage expectations before, during and after assignments


• Ensure Toll People standards are met in relation to roster confirmations


• Database administration and support
