About the Role
We are looking for extraordinary leaders to inspire our team to 'bring the love of shopping to life'. The opportunity exists for driven Service Managers to lead and inspire large selling teams within the WA stores. This is a great role for someone who is looking for CAREER growth!
Skills and Experience
Proven retail Store management experience within a high turnover retail environment
A hands on management approach
Large Format or Big Box Retail Management experience
Strong business experience with accountability to profit and loss
A strong coaching focus, with the ability to inspire, lead and mentor your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business success
