As we enter our new growth phase, to help deliver our plans and vision we have a need for Department Managers to lead a team of 20+ staff while increasing sales results year on year. You will be responsible for coaching, motivating and developing your team, replenishing and merchandising the department and providing exceptional customer service.

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should have a solid background in retail management, at a team leader level combined with a passion for driving exceptional customer service and (ideally), experience working within retail fashion in a big box environment. You will be a high achiever with a passion that will motivate and inspire your team, along with the ability to manage those above and below you. Enthusiastic and reliable, your ability to work flexible hours and at different locations will be the key to your success.
