An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Nurse Clinician (RPN2) to join the multidisciplinary team at the Northern Community Care Unit (NCCU). We are looking for an enthusiastic clinician to work in a supportive multidisciplinary team and provide Recovery based interventions and support to our residents and their families/carers. The incumbent will provide specialist clinical nurse services including nursing, risk management and psychosocial assessments and interventions. The role would also involve case management, supporting entry level graduate nurses and help to facilitate consumer driven projects.
Essential Requirements for the Role:
Bachelor Degree in Psychaitric/Mental Health Nursing or equivalent Bachelor Degree in Nursing or equivalent
An approved postgraduate qualification in PsychaitricMental Health Nursing
Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
