The Opportunity

Due to the continued growth of our Walker Andersen brand we have multiple opportunities to come onto established desks the business to work with the biggest businesses in this space within the Australian market.

You will be able to leverage the fantastic experience already on the desk, along with our international footprint, to build your own business within the team across both temporary and permanent placements. Across Australia the consultants on these desks tend to be among the top billers in the business and have progressed both their careers and earnings as a result.

About You

  • We are looking for driven, adaptable professionals
  • Ideally previous recruitment experience
  • Alternatively a very strong B2B sales pedigree
  • Drive and desire to take on leadership responsibilities
  • Previous exposure to the Financial Services and Insurance sector is preferred
  • You will be an excellent communicator and relationship builder, a sociable individual and a great networking
  • You will also be a commercial thinker, someone that see's opportunity faster than most
