Your new role
You will be responsible for the running of the main reception area and offering general assistance throughout the office. Some of your duties will include answering and transferring phone calls, ordering mail, inputting data, arranging meeting rooms, greeting clients and arranging catering. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients and therefore must be corporate and professional at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within a similar position is preferred. A professional and outgoing nature, with a good attention to detail and a well groomed image.
