Receptionist job for a fast paced and dynamic retail organisation based in Chatswood, with immediate start.

Your new company
This is an exciting opportunity offering a vibrant working environment within a retail orientated organisation. Based in Chatswood, a reception role has opened to support the front of house operations of the organisation as a result of an increase in sales demands.

Your new role
As the first point of contact to the organisations clientele as well as the organisations sales reps, this role places the individual in a very dynamic and fast paced environment. Key duties will include answering incoming calls; ensuring clients receive a high and accurate standard of service in order to uphold the organisations well established reputation. In addition to managing visitor passes, the stationary orders, kitchen supplies and ensuring all meeting rooms are appropriately equipped and clean.

What you'll need to succeed
This receptionist role requires a personable individual with strong, proven communication skills. As the role is crucial to the smooth running of the organisations day to day activities, a highly organised candidate is required. This is an immediate start for the right candidate.
