Your new company
This dynamic organisation in the Professional Services industry is currently seeking an experienced and proactive Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis.


Your new role
To further the success and growth of the organisation you will be required to perform the following duties:



  • Answering and diverting all phone calls

  • Presenting as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients

  • Setting up meeting rooms

  • Accepting and distributing in and outgoing mail

  • General invoicing and banking

  • Ordering of stationary and other office supplies as required

  • Maintenance of communal areas including kitchen

  • General adhoc duties as required






What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this position it is essential that you have prior Reception experience ideally within a similar environment. You must have the ability to work well under pressure and be able to effectively prioritise and multi task. Additionally you must be proficient within the Microsoft Office Suite.
