This dynamic Not-For-Profit organisation is seeking an experienced Receptionist for a 4 week contract on a full time basis.
Your new role
You will be responsible for delivering efficient reception and administrative support to the central office business units. You will be the first point of contact for a range of different stakeholders, therefor excellent communication skills are vital to this role. Other duties include document preparation, managing a busy switchboard, preparing meeting rooms and correspondence management. You will also be responsible for arranging catering when necessary, keeping a tidy reception area and ordering stationary.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must have previous experience in a similar role and possess well developed administration abilities. You will be proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word, and have strong organisational practices. You will also be highly professional, have the drive to exceed expectations and the ability to demonstrate initiative.
