We are looking for an experienced Receptionist, with strong administration skills who is immediately available for an ongoing temporary contract in Macquarie Park.

We are looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running and is confident in their abilities, can work under pressure and work autonomously.


The main responsibilities as Receptionist:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all calls and emails
  • Meeting and greeting clients in a professional fashion
  • Screening and answering calls in a quick and efficient manner
  • Managing the diary for multiple meeting rooms
  • Assisting with ad hoc administration
  • Ensuring the presentation of the front office is exceptional at all times
  • Stacking and un-stacking the dishwasher
  • Managing and ordering the kitchen and stationary supplies


The ideal Receptionist will have the following:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and have great time management
  • Must have a mature and professional approach to customers/clients at all times
  • Ability to deal with sensitive/private situations
  • Strong in Microsoft Suite
