Your new role
Your new temporary role will be regarded as a highly professional receptionist that has exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
You will be responsible for providing the facilities clients and patients with outstanding customer service and be predominately the face of the organisation.
You will also manage and coordinate phone switchboards, connecting with relevant staff members and departments.
Additional duties that will be required in this position include general administrative tasks including attending to and forwarding emails using Microsoft Outlook and formatting documents using Microsoft word as per direction.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will acquire strong organisational and communication skills and have had previous experience working as a receptionist. Industry experience working in the aged care and health care sector will be highly regarded.
You will also have demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer service and building rapport with customers and clients over the phone and face to face.
To be considered you must posses the ability to be highly resilient and empathetic to ensure the needs of the facilities clients and customers are always met.
