A full time vacancy currently exists for a Receptionist & Administration Staff to join a dynamic team of a growing Employment Consulting Service based in a high profile business centre in Adelaide CBD
We expect the following attributes from you:
*Excellent English communication skills equate to and IELTS 7 or better.
*Chinese Mandarin Speaking is Essential
*Have experience in writing post on social media such as Facebook, Wechat etc.
*Computer literate in excel, word, acrobat and outlook
*Ability to Multi-task under pressure
*Positive 'can do' attitude
*Have passion in the industry of assisting migrants.
Duties include :
Answering and directing calls
Follow up calls to customers
Design and manage social medias
Various other administrative duties
Hours are 9.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.
