A progressive Financial Planning practice focused on delivering great financial outcomes to their clients. Due to a maternity leave event, we are now seeking a professional Receptionist/Client Services Officer to join the team for a 12 month contract period. However, due to our growth, we are hoping the role will continue as full time in the longer term. Being committed to the prosperity of Cairns, all team members are encouraged to take an active interest in the community.
Your new role
While primarily acting as the front office representative, managing incoming telephone calls, greeting clients and providing general administrative assistance to the team, this role will also support a team of Financial Planners.
