An opportunity has arisen at our Nowra office for an Reception/Administration Assistant.
We are a well known financial planning company servicing the Shoalhaven, Illawarra and Eurobodalla area. We provide a wide range of advisory services ranging from planning, insurance, wealth management and retirement.
This position requires a truly organised person who is excellent at time management whilst working in a busy environment.
This is a full time position with a view to an immediate start
Duties & Responsibilities:
Meeting and greeting customers
Administration of client files
Preparation of client applications
Organisation of daily task
Manage all ongoing & prospective client communication
Attend networking events
The successful candidate will have:
An organised and focused manner
Excellent communication, organisation and inter-personal skills
Exceptional eye for to detail
Microsoft Outlook and excellent computer skills
A current drivers license
A car is essential and Australian Residency is a must
We are looking for someone who is organised and self motivated and knows how to use their initiative for an immediate start.
