 About the Company 
Our client is seeking an Experienced Property Manager for their vibrant, high-achieving team. They are looking for someone who compliments their fun office culture with the ability to provide a high quality work ethic to their busy Property Management department. 

The Role 
Working in a high profile team, you will be required to oversee a neat and tidy portfolio of 250 properties all based in the Shire with plenty of administration & Leasing staff for support. You will be responsible for:

Duties
  • Managing a neat & Tidy portfolio
  • No Accounts or Leasing 
  • New Business Development Management
  • Laising with both tenants and landlords
  • Handling repairs and maintenance
  • Rent reviews
  • Arrears control
  • Responding to emails / requests from Landlords and Tenants 
The Candidate:
To be successful in joining this professional and enthusiastic office, we are seeking an immaculately presented individual, driven by success! You will have:
  • Previous experience as a Property Manager is a must
  • Your own car and a valid drivers license 
  • Current Certificate of Registration
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner
