Showcasing an extensive portfolio with several hundred properties at any given time within the largest showroom in South East Melbourne.

Currently we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Property Manager.
Primary Objective:

The primary objective of the Property Manager is to oversee all functions of Amity's property management department, encouraging and establishing new business developments and contributing to the overall success of Amity. You will be driven to succeed through managing and supporting the property management team with administration, inspections, leasing/rental, client liaison and inquiries.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating and developing the Property Management department to ensure deadlines and objectives are met in an efficient manner
  • Managing the growth and day to day operations of the rental portfolio
  • Performing end of month and end of financial year requirements, fulfilling all necessary documentation and procedures
  • Listing new properties with accurate details and addressing any queries from potential customers
  • Assist and manage the Trust Accountant to promptly and accurately process payment runs of all landlord's rental expenses on a monthly basis
  • Review Owners Corporation budgets maintaining budget compliance

Experience required:

  • 3+ years Property Management experience with proven success in managing your own portfolio
  • Previous team development and management experience
  • Exceptional time management & communication skills
  • Working knowledge of REST
  • Current Agent's Representative Certificate
  • Australian Drivers Licence with a reliable and presentable vehicle
