With offices scatted across Australasia this client has been operating for more then 25 years on major developments across South East Asia, Pacific Islands, Australia and New Zealand. With projects ranging from high-end multi residential subdivisions to large scale industrial estates this developer has established a name synonymous with architectural excellence and building for the future. This is a small team set to grow over the next 12 months due to new local land acquisition and approved project time frames.
Your new role
This will be a senior role within the organisation to manage all stakeholders across the project from a client perspective and ensure all projects meet my clients high expectations of time, quality and financial success. With a number of projects at various stages of their life cycle your role will oversee all local projects from feasibility and design approval through to sales and handover. Your role will revolve around the management of consultancies and sub-contractors to ensure all stakeholders are achieving timeline
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be a degree qualified engineer with relevant Project Management experience in land development. You will have managed projects from feasibility through to handover and have a proven track record of success being able to drive programmes and achieve budgets. To succeed in this role you will have exceptional communication and the ability to multitask across multiple projects and a variety of contractors at any one time. Above all you will be self-motivated and driven to succeed, your passion for will shine through in your work and motivate those around you to achieve the same level of success.
