Reporting to the Senior ProjectManager you will work on our exciting health and childcare portfolio. Thenature, complexity and scale of this project requires an exceptional,commercially astute, Project Manager with proven experience in construction delivery,effective contractor management and an understanding of environmental issues.This development will expose you to various stages of the project lifecycle youwill contribute to the development outcome, promote best practice design,project and program management across civil infrastructure, utility services,landscape and urban design disciplines.
• Ensure projects are scoped, designed, built and delivered on time, budget andto required quality specification;
• Manage all aspects of project delivery including financial an cost reportingand forecasting, awarding, managing and administering contracts, obtaining allrequired current and future approvals
• Providing project management expertise from project inception to completion inpartnership with Development Managers and other key stakeholders
• Driving world best practice in sustainability to ensure Stockland retainsinternational recognition in this area.
You will have relevant ProjectManagement experience working in a construction delivery focused role acrossmultiple sites simultaneously. You will have superb communication skills thatengage all parties, act collaboratively and demonstrate an aptitude to hold aleadership position. To be considered for this role you will need to beflexible, organised and dynamic with exceptional stakeholder management skills.This role will be based in our Melbourne office but there will be regulartravel to sites.
