We are seeking an experienced and passionate Procurement Officer to join our Tennis HQ team.
Reporting to the Procurement Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting, administering and maintaining a comprehensive and integrated contract, tender and procurement service to all stakeholders at Tennis Australia in a portfolio of business units. This is a great opportunity to utilise your Procurement expertise in a dedicated and supportive team!
As the Procurement Officer, you will support our team in the following areas:
Supporting the maintenance of an effective Procurement Program within Tennis Australia Business Units
Maintaining effective and comprehensive Tender and associated RFX processes
Providing relevant contract management and supplier performance management support
Maintaining productive stakeholder relationships to gain cooperation and ensure the successful implementation of transformation/change programs
Responsible for administering the purchase order system
And many more Procurement activities as required!
What you will bring to the role:
Minimum 1 year Experience in procurement and category management in a multi-faceted organisation
Demonstrated competence in the management of the end to end tender and RFX processes
Knowledge and experience in contract development, administration and management
Demonstrated experience in successfully managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
Ability to work collaboratively in an innovative and knowledge-sharing team
Tertiary Qualification in Commercial, Business or Procurement related field (desirable)
