Qenos are currently seeking a Cadet Shift Process Technician for their operational plant based in Matraville. They manufacture the raw materials used in thousands of household, consumer and industrial products- products that are a part of everyday life.

Job Description

Qenos is seeking a dynamic and talented Cadet Process Technician to join their operations successful team. As a Cadet Process Technician, you will undergo significant training with the ultimate key responsibility to safely and efficiently operate the plant utilising procedures and computer control. The position will involve shift work.

The Successful Applicant

Our ideal candidate will have a trade and/or engineering background and possess a strong mechanical aptitude that will assist in troubleshooting and innovating, all whilst utilising some of the Australia’s most unique heavy machinery. Computer literacy is also a requirement of the role.

You will also possess demonstrated problem solving skills and attention to detail, display initiative, work well as part of a team, have sound interpersonal skill and be decisive with a high level of personal motivation. An interest in learning and a safety focused mindset are essential.

The successful applicant will demonstrate an absolute commitment to workplace safety.
