SKYCITY Adelaide Casino employs over 1,100 employees and offers more than 1,000 Electronic Gaming Machines, approximately 100 Gaming Tables, and a variety of bars and restaurants. In order to remain one of South Australia's premium entertainment venues we need a diverse range of talented and motivated individuals in every aspect of our business.

We are on the look out for talented, customer centric, and efficient employees to work with Premier Rewards in a varied role.

Successful candidates start as an Attendant to gain a sound understanding and appreciation of the loyalty department's processes, values, goals and strategies. Then have the opportunity to be up-skilled into the role of Concierge, which is primarily based around assisting with VIPs and their guests' entry into Premium Gaming areas It is a very compliance focused role, but also one with multiple tasks similar to the Attendant role.

To be one of our successful candidates you must possess:

  • 24 hour availability and a willingness to work a rotating roster over 7 days
  • Sound computing skills with high accuracy levels, and above average attention to detail
  • An ability and willingness to multi-task
  • Patience when dealing with a multicultural demographic customer base of all ages 18 and over
  • The ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Excellent presentation and personal grooming
