Our client is a leading Integrated Property Services Provider to the Commercial industry. With a diverse and tailored business model their service delivers a high standard Property Services plan across cleaning and general building maintenance contracts. With a rapidly expanding client portfolio they require the needs of a Portfolio Manager.

 The Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing the successful delivery of contracts and providing the focus, direction and leadership required to ensure that all cleaning services are delivered to the highest of standards.
  
Key responsibilities of the role are:
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective professional communication and regular site visits
  • Manage all aspects of service delivery responding to requests with accurate information in a timely and professional manner
  • Carry out quality assurance/site cleaning inspections and maintain standards as required and as per the agreed KPI's 
  • Provide relevant management reporting as requested from time to time
  • Training of cleaners and supervisors to on site specific requirements
  • Ensure compliance to the specified standards, legislation and safe working practices within the organisations policies and procedures 
  The successful candidate will have:
  • Exposure to Commercial Property or Facilities Management favourable
  • High attention to detail 
  • Effective communication skills, both oral and written
  • Highly organised and the ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Interpersonal skills; enjoy working and collaborating with others to achieve results
  • Personal drive, integrity, and professionalism
