Located in the bustling village of Kelvin Goves Musk Avenue, an excellent opportunity has become available for a driven Payroll Officer to join RSL Care team. Reporting to the Payroll Team Leader, the Payroll Officer will provide accurate, timely and efficient high volume payroll processing services to RSL Care employees.

Through the appropriate preparation of payroll related data, statistics and reports from the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and other interrelated interfaces, the Payroll Officer will play a key part in ensuring all payroll functions are carried out following the RSL Care payroll procedures.

Key Responsibilities include, however are not limited to:

* Participate in the computerised processing of fortnightly payroll and maintain master file data for all employees
* Process all pay enquiries in a timely manner and communicate the results to the relevant staff and managers
* Check that Employee paperwork is complete and authorised in accordance with the companys auditing procedures
* Make payments to Superannuation funds and ensure compliance with the Superannuation Guarantee Legislation.

To be successful, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

* Four to five years experience within a payroll environment (high volume an advantage)
* Strong demonstrated customer service skills
* Advanced computer skills in software applications including Microsoft Office
* Ability to work flexible hours between 8am 5pm
* Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills
