A global advertising company with an exceptional reputation in the market, experiencing company growth they are seeking an experienced PA/Office Manager to join their dynamic/busy office in supporting at C'Suit level. Based in Sydney's CBD they boast state of the art offices and promote a great working culture.
Your new role
You'll initially start this 18 month contract based on reception with a view to step into the PA/Office Manager role, the initial 3-4 months will see you carry out a handover with the current EA/Office Manager then move on to manage the new Receptionist. Some of the main duties involve:
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have experience and a good understanding of supporting at executive level together will coordinating the smooth running of an office as Office Manager. You will be intermediate to advanced in Excel and have experience with pivot tables and v.look ups.
A pivotal role to the business you will be confident in communicating at all different levels with internal and external stakeholders. You will also be adaptable with ever changing business needs.
