Long term P2P specialist required for change management and implementation project

A dominant player in the Oil & Gas space is seeking a driven P2P Specialist for 12 months to be responsible for driving change management across the organisation.
Your new role
As the P2P Specialist you will be act as the subject matter expert in multiple areas including SAP ERP and ARIBA during an organisation wide change management project.
You will drive the use of the organisation’s procurement and supplier management processes and performance through significant change in business processes across multiple business units.
You will work with suppliers in the move that consolidates invoices, contracts outline agreements and purchase orders are set-up to allow an efficient yet tightly controlled purchase to pay process. Your stakeholder interaction will consist of the organisation’s leadership team, procurement manager, procurement specialists, external consultants, the service delivery team and suppliers.
What you'll need to succeed
Your proven track record as a Procurement Specialist will ensure that you are successful in this role. It is important that you are naturally possess strong negotiation skills and demonstrate strengths in analytical aptitude, creative thinking and commercial acumen. Your responsiveness to the business will be critical so that business can continue without interruption.
Successful candidates will have experience in change management dealing with 3rd parties and sourcing or buying in a process driven environment. SAP ERP and ARIBA across the ‘Sourcing to Pay’ landscape experience is highly regarded.
As with your previous roles, the successful candidate will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills. Since you will be working as part of a dynamic team, proactive and cooperative individuals who can achieve results are likely to succeed.
