Our recent growth has created a new opportunity for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to join our established and hardworking Operations team. This is a challenging role that is fast paced and high volume. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our Childcare Operations in ACT by providing support and guidance to Centre Managers throughout various locations.


Essential Criteria:

  • Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood), and/or studying towards a Bachelor Degree in Education
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in an Operations position
  • Current Working with Children Check 
  • Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Nominated Supervisor Certificate
  • Experience with Assessment and Rating 
  • Great computer skills
  • Strong knowledge of CCMS and QikKids or similar would be advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full Driver’s License
  • Proven ability to motivate, lead and develop performing teams
  • Ability to formulate and deliver concise, informative reports and ability to improve systems
  • Results focused with high energy to proactively drive a fast paced growing business to achieve 
  • Highly developed time management skills as well as the ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Able to travel and offer “hands on” support to our Centres and Directors
  • Desire to continually learn and add value to the business
  • Bright, friendly and energetic
