Fashion footwear for women online, shoes for all occasions! Be responsible for managing online customer orders, queries, deliveries and returns.

The close-knit team at this womens fashion footwear company love shoes in all shapes and forms. The warehouse and office are full of fabulous shoes. They offer the opportunity to contribute across many areas of the business due to ongoing growth and success.

The Online Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Operational support across the warehouse to ensure timely fulfillment and dispatch of online customer orders.
  • Autonomous end to end stock control - from handling stock queries, stock receiving to re-stocking, sorting, stock count and putting products in order in the warehouse. You will be on your feet 50% and in the office 50%. You will need to be physically fit and comfortable in a small neat warehouse and office environment.
  • Admin support to GM and Manager.
  • Managing order fulfillment - Picking, packing dispatching orders.
  • Carrying out regular inventory checks and communicate results
  • Stock count, stock rotating - this will can be physically demanding at peak periods and requires an individual prepared to roll up their sleeves in a warehouse environment when required.
  • Web graphics input. (Resize images, create size charts small banners, product descriptions etc)
  • Product management and online content calendar management and manage social media/community
  • Execute website promotions and discounts
  • Go-to person for online client communities and champion to loyal customers
  • Managing the content calendar to ensure posts are delivered on time
  • Responding to customers to keep social conversations going and collate assets for use across Facebook, Instagram and YouTube

The ideal candidate will come from a similar role; head office customer service/online customer service and be prepared to work in the office as well as the small neat warehouse. Experience working for a footwear, clothing, homewares, accessories company desired.
