Office Manager/PA job for a global financial services company in Sydney

Your new company
This company is a world wide leader of risk and information services. They have offices across Asia, Europe and the UK including a large established presence in Sydney.

Your new role
Supporting the CEO, your daily responsibilities will include; extensive calendar and inbox management, arranging travel and travel itineraries, preparing for meetings, processing bills and expenses. You will also manage the Sydney office and be responsible for coordination all office facilities, event management, coordinating staff events and involvement in corporate social responsibility initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to open to performing all duties that assist with the smooth running of an office. You will be enthusiastic and possess a positive energy that impacts the whole team. You will have a background in office management and personal assistance and therefore will have first class organisation and prioritisation skills.
